On its opening day, Pushpa: The Rise earned Rs 44 crore in India, which was around 51 crores, and set a post-pandemic record for the first day. Including the premiere, the film grossed $ 850,000 in the United States and grossed 74 crores worldwide on its first day. Pushpa earned over 159 crores worldwide in its opening weekend. It purified more than 107.5 crores in three days, making it the first 100 crore weekend in India after the COVID-19 pandemic. Overall, it is the 13th film to achieve this feat and the fourth South Indian film.
The Hindi dubbed version of the film is commercially successful.. The Hindi version of Pushpa’s net Rs 26.50 crore in its first week, and more than 62 crores by the end of the third weekend. Grossed over 200 crores in India in two weeks, and to do so became the seven South Indian film and the second Allu Arjun film after Ala Vaikunthurmullu (2020). The film grossed 300 crores worldwide from all editions by the end of the third weekend and emerged as the highest-grossing Indian film in 2021.
