ABOUT KGF CHAPTER 2
KGF Chapter 2 follows the life of Rocky, essayed by Yash. He has to go up against villains like Adheer, played by Sanjay Dutt, and Ramika Sen, played by Raveena Tandon. The film also includes Srinidhi Shetty, Malavika Avinash, Prakash Raj, and Saran in important roles. K.G.F: Chapter 2 has cinematography by Bhuvan Gowda, music by Ravi Basrur, and editing by Ujwal Kulkarni.
K.G.F: Chapter 2 is produced on a huge scale by Vijay Kiragandur of Hombale Films. The action-thriller is presented in North-Indian markets by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar’s Excel Entertainment and AA Films.

Raja Krishnappa Bairya aka Rocky Bhai has become the ruler of KGF after killing Garuda. But as he decides to own the world, he finds big foes in the form of Adheera and Ramika Sen. Does he still get his ‘Duniya’?

KGF Chapter 2 collected ₹164 crores (US$22 million) worldwide on the first day of its release. On its second day, the film collected ₹122 crores (US$16 million) worldwide for a two-day total of ₹286 crores (US$38 million), surpassing KGF Chapter 1‘s lifetime gross of ₹250 crores (US$36.56 million), and took its place as the highest-grossing Kannada film of all time. On its third day, the film was estimated to collect ₹104 crores (US$14 million) worldwide for a three-day total of ₹390 crores (US$51 million). On the fourth day of its release, the film crossed the 552 crore mark at the worldwide box office. On the fifth day of its release, the film grossed more than ₹625 crores (US$82 million) worldwide. Collections on the sixth day stood at ₹675 crores (US$89 million). The first week’s collection of the film was ₹719 crores (US$94 million).

‘KGF Chapter 2’ sets another benchmark in Hindi by crossing Rs 250 cr in 7 days
A week after its release, ‘K.G.F: Chapter 2’ continues to cast its spell on Hindi moviegoers. Being a regional language film, the film is racking up a splendid performance in the Hindi markets. After registering the highest 3rd-day collection with Rs 143.64 crore, the movie has crossed the magic figure of Rs 250 crore in its first week. Collecting 254.97 crore net (Rs 300.86 crore gross) over 7 days in the Hindi belt, the film has emerged as the highest 1st-week collector and also the first movie to cross the figure of Rs 250 crore at the Hindi box office.

Future
The film’s post-credits scene showcased the final draft of KGF Chapter 3, hinting at a sequel. In April 2022, Neel said: “If people love KGF Chapter 2, we could think of continuing the franchise.” The same month, executive producer Karthik Gowda confirmed that a sequel was in development and pre-production had begun.
