2-3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 2 cloves finely crushed garlic, 1 tsp oregano, 4 portobello mushrooms (this is a type of mushroom) This is bigger than button mushroom and slightly black in colour. You can easily find it in Baja under the name of portobello mushroom. 3-4 tbsp tomato puree, 6-8 cherry tomatoes, 100 g grated mozzarella cheese.
- Keep the oven preheated at 200 °C. Combine extra virgin olive oil, garlic and oregano in a small bowl.
Wash the portobello mushroom and remove its stalk. With the help of a brush, spread the Kotori mixture over the entire mushroom cap on the stalk site. Apply a little mixture on the mushroom as well.
- Place it in a baking tray. Pour tomato puree on top with a spoon. Decorate cherry tomatoes cut from the middle on it. Fill the item well.
Sprinkle salt and oregano on top. Now bake these mushrooms for 8-10 minutes.
